In recent years, making a great batch of coffee has evolved into a much more complicated and time-consuming process. George Sowden has gone in the opposite direction with his SoftBrew. With this back-to-the-basics approach, a jug of hot water is brewed with a SoftBrew filter to bring out the natural taste of the beans it is brewed from.
The SoftBrew gives you the ability to taste the difference between Columbian and Kenyan coffee because you'll be brewing coffee the soft way without forcing, pressing, steaming and burning the valuable coffee beans.
