Typically, your order will be processed on the day it was placed and will be shipped using the most efficient of several shipping methods to ensure that you receive your order in a timely fashion. You may also select expedited shipping options to receive your order sooner. Please note that due to warehouse locations, it may take 3 - 5 business days for some orders to ship. If your order will ship after a 5 business day period, we will notify you to when the order has an expected date to ship.
All orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are presented at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:
We hope that you love what you selected from Erie Drive as much as we loved finding it for you, but we also know that sometimes things change! We hope to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.
All returned items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Simply send your items back to us along with an enclosed packing slip and we will refund 100% of your purchase price, less shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Rare Finds and Custom-Made Items:
All items in our Rare Finds category and items that are noted as 'Custom-Made' have been crafted individually and are available to you on a first come, first-served basis. As they truly are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer refunds for items in this category. We will cover reasonable losses due to damage during the shipping process.
