Shipping Policy:

Erie Drive is offering free domestic shipping by ground to the contiguous 48 US states and to APO and FPO addresses until January 1, 2014. Expedited shipping (Overnight, 2 Day, 3 Day) is extra.

Additional rates apply for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands), international shipments, and for certain overweight items. See the product's description for details. 

In most cases, ground shipping deliveries are made within 5 business days. For example, shipping to San Francisco, California by Ground typically takes 5 business days, Boulder, CO typically takes 4 business days, and Miami, FL takes 3 business days. This is not a guarantee of shipping times, especially during holiday seasons!

Erie Drive ships world-wide; most orders ship from our space near Boston, MA. Orders $25 and under that are being shipped to the 48 contiguous United States, APO PO addresses will be shipped for a flat rate of $4.95 unless otherwise noted. Orders from $25.01 to $50 will ship for $7.95 unless otherwise noted. Most orders over $50 will ship for free unless otherwise noted.

You may also select expedited shipping options to receive your order sooner. Please note that due to warehouse locations, it may take 3 - 5 business days for some orders to ship. If your order will ship after a 5 business day period, we will notify you to when the order has an expected date to ship.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other US Territories: 

All orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are presented at checkout.

International Shipping: 

Erie Drive has partnered with Bongo International, and now ships world-wide! Not all items are currently available for international shipping. Please choose the 'Click Here to Order from Outside the U.S.' button at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

We hope that you love what you selected from Erie Drive as much as we loved finding it for you, but we also know that sometimes things change! We hope to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. 

Returns:

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item, we'll be happy to do that as well! Just let us know if you would like a replacement, and we'll send it to you upon receipt of the original item, within 30 days of purchase. Send us an email: customerservice@eriedrive.com.

Rare Finds and Custom-Made Items:

All items in our Rare Finds category and items that are noted as 'Custom-Made' have been crafted individually and are available to you on a first come, first-served basis. As they truly are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer refunds for items in this category. We will cover reasonable losses due to damage during the shipping process. We are happy to answer any questions about these items! Please send us an email any time for further details.

Using a Discount Code?:

Codes for free shipping, money off, or percentage discounts can be entered at checkout. We do not combine offers at this time.
